rsh-server software package provides server program for remote shell connections, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rsh-server
rsh-server is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rsh-server package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rsh-server *
You will get with rsh-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
